What is ePACK?

ePACK is NC State University’s official job and internship portal, connecting employers with talented students and alumni. Through ePACK, employers can:

  • Build visibility with students through a branded employer profile

More than 70% of NC State students actively engage with ePACK, ensuring that your postings are seen by a wide audience of qualified candidates.

Tips for Success

  • Include a clear pay rate, a strong job description, and details about your company’s mission and vision to help candidates see how their skills and values align with your organization.
  • Note: Unpaid opportunities are not permitted.
  • Link your postings directly to your hiring portal, if desired.
  • Keep your Employer Profile up to date. Add videos and other branding elements to stand out.
