With a Career Counselor

Schedule an appointment with the career counselor for your major in ePACK. Students can book appointments in ePACK up to 14 days in advance.

Starting Fall 2026, students will book their career counseling appointments through Navigate. All Navigate information can be found here.

Students in CALS, Poole (PCOM), CNR, or the College of Design, please use go.ncsu.edu/navigate-student or the Navigate 360 app to book an appointment with your career counselor.

With a Co-op Coordinator

After you attend a co-op information session, you may schedule an appointment with the Co-op Coordinator for your major through ePACK.

Drop-in Hours

Drop-in hours are open to all majors. No appointment is required. Drop-in hours are brief sessions, up to 15 minutes, with a career counselor to discuss your resume, cover letter, interviewing, or any part of your internship or job search.

In-person Drop-in Hours

Academic Success Center 
Tuesdays from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

The Academic Success Center is located in the D.H. Hill Library.

There are no drop-in hours during summer sessions. Drop-ins are also not offered during fall break, winter break, or spring break.

Virtual Drop-in Hours

Fridays from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

** Please note: drop-in hours coincide with classes being in session during the fall and spring semesters. They are not offered during the summer. When drop-in hours are not in session we encourage you to schedule a meeting with your career counselor.
