Through ePACK, you can:

  • Search and apply for internships, Co-ops, and jobs
  • Schedule an appointment with a career counselor
  • Schedule on-campus interviews with employers
  • Search for career-related events and activities

IMPORTANT NOTE: If this is the first time you are logging into ePACK this semester: it is essential that your education information in the “Profile” tab (located in the Toolbar) is completely updated and accurate. You will also need to ensure that your personal information in the “My Account” tab is accurate, or you will have issues scheduling appointments and applying to employment opportunities.

  • Log into ePACK by going to: https://go.ncsu.edu/ePACK
  • Go to Shortcuts > Schedule an appointment.
  • Scroll down to Counselor(s); you can leave all other filters blank.
  • Select your Career Counselor or Co-op Advisor; select “Check Availability.”
  • Select a time/day that works best for your schedule, and indicate the type of appointment you need before selecting “Submit Request.”
  • Students can schedule an appointment up to 14 days in advance on ePACK.

In the Toolbar, select Counseling & Calendar > Counseling Appt.
Select the three dots on the right side of the appointment you wish to cancel, then select “cancel.”

Before you apply to positions, have your résumé reviewed at the Career Development Center, then upload it to the “Documents” section in ePACK.

  • Log into ePACK by going to: https://go.ncsu.edu/ePACK
  • Under “Shortcuts,” select “Search for Co-ops, Internships & Jobs.”
  • Select “More Filters” to see all search criteria.
  • Select the filters you wish to use, and be sure to click “Apply.” Results will populate.
  • Specify your interested criteria, and then click the red “Search” button.
  • Read the posting description(s), choose the position you wish to apply to, and select “Apply” on the top right side of the screen.
  • *NOTE: Employers may have you apply directly through their website instead of via ePACK; they will indicate the web address in the position description.
  • Log into ePACK by going to: https://go.ncsu.edu/ePACK
  • Under Shortcuts, select “Search for Co-ops, Internships & Jobs.”
  • Under the Keywords box, select “Interviews I Qualify For.”
    Select the position of interest, Apply, and submit any required documents (resume, cover letter, transcripts, etc.).
    • **If the Schedule Type says “Open,” choose Schedule Interview and select the date and time that will fit your schedule.
    • **If the Schedule Type says “Preselect” or “Preselect/ Alternate,” your status must be “invited” or “alternate” before you can select an interview slot. On the applicable sign-up date, select Interviews from the Toolbar, click the three dots beside the job title, and Schedule Interview.  
  • Select the date and time that will fit your schedule.

To Cancel an Interview:

In the Toolbar, select “Interviews.”
Under “Scheduled Interviews,” select the three dots to select cancel.

  • Log into ePACK by going to: go.ncsu.edu/ePACK
  • In the Toolbar, select Documents > My Documents > Add New.
  • Indicate a label for your document (FirstLastName_DocumentType), the document type from the menu, and then chose your intended PDF document by selecting “Choose File.”
  • Select “Submit” to upload your document.
  • Once uploaded, you may use your documents to apply for job and internship postings directly on ePACK.
    • *NOTE: You can upload multiple documents if you are applying to multiple positions.
