Co-op Information Session
Students interested in co-op are required to attend a Co-op Information Session. This requirement may be met by either:
- Watching the online co-op information session video in PackPros, or
- Attending an in-person co-op information session.
NOTE: F1 Visa students should also read and follow the Curricular Practical Training (CPT) information on the OIS website.
You must be enrolled in NC State classes and have access to your NC State email to receive the required co-op planning documents we will be discussing in these information sessions.
In-Person Information Sessions
- Friday, February 6th from 3-4pm | Talley Student Union, 4140 Governance Chamber

Online Information Session
Students completing the online option must complete all steps below to be eligible to schedule a co-op appointment.
Step 1: Access the Co-op Information Session Video
- Visit the Career Development Center website
- Under “Gain Experience”, click PackPros.
- Click “Enroll Now” towards the bottom of the PackPros page (students/faculty/staff can all enroll in PackPros).
- Log into PackPros/Moodle.
- Navigate to the Co-op Information Session section (located at the bottom of the page).
- Watch the Co-op Information Session video.

Step 2: Complete the Quiz (in PackPros)
- After you watch the video, you will have access to the Co-op Info Session Quiz in PackPros.
- Complete the 5-question quiz associated with the video.
- You must earn a score of 100% to pass.
- You may take the quiz as many times as needed until you achieve a 100% score.
Step 3: Save Proof of Completion
- Take a screenshot of your quiz results that clearly shows:
- Your name
- Your 100% score
Step 4: Identify Your Co-op Coordinator
- Review the Co-op Coordinator by Major List to determine your assigned coordinator.
Step 5: Email Your Co-op Coordinator
Email your Co-op Coordinator all of the following documents:
- Screenshot of your quiz score (100%)
- Your resume
- Your completed co-op application
Step 6: Schedule Your Co-op Appointment
- Once your Co-op Coordinator has received all required documents, log into ePACK to schedule your appointment with them.
