Career PACK is NC State’s collaborative network for professionals who support career development across campus. Convened by the Career Development Center, this group brings together staff and partners from colleges, departments, and units who are committed to helping students explore careers, build skills, and connect with opportunities.

Career PACK is open to anyone at NC State who supports career services work—including academic advisors, faculty, student support staff, employer relations professionals, and program coordinators. If your role involves helping students prepare for their future, you belong in this network.

Through Career PACK, we work together to strengthen and align career development efforts across the university. This collaborative approach ensures:

• Consistency in career development programming so all students have access to high-quality support—no matter their college or major.
• Streamlined employer engagement, making it easier for organizations to connect with NC State students across disciplines.
• Strategic alignment of resources and services, reducing duplication and improving efficiency in how we deliver career support.
