Visibility on Campus

Employer Opportunities at NC State

Each year, new students join the Wolfpack community, eager to connect with employers and explore career opportunities. This is your chance to showcase your organization! Below are key recruitment activities designed to increase your visibility with NC State students.

NC State’s primary recruitment platform, ePACK, connects employers with students and alumni from all majors. Post co-ops, internships, entry-level jobs, and positions for experienced alumni. Your first step is to request an employer account. For assistance, contact ncstate-epack@ncsu.edu.

Please review our Employer Policies before posting.

Enhance your organization’s reputation on campus by hiring NC State students and alumni. Interns and co-op participants return to campus sharing their experiences, amplifying your visibility and employer brand.

  • Internships: Career-related experiences, typically full-time in the summer or part-time during the academic year.
  • Co-op Program: Alternating full-time work and study semesters for career-related experiences. Co-op students work full-time and are paid.

Career fairs are a valuable opportunity to network, recruit, and strengthen your presence on campus! NC State offers a variety of career fairs and recruitment events throughout the year.

We encourage you to utilize platforms such as Zoom or WebEx to conduct virtual information sessions. Please submit your request via ePACK. We can assist by scheduling your event via Zoom or Career Fair Plus or you may use your own platform and include the access information when submitting your request.

Make the most of your time on campus by conducting interviews with top candidates. Utilize our space in the Career Development Center to schedule interviews directly after meeting students at career fairs or events. This seamless process helps streamline your recruitment efforts and enhances your connection with NC State talent.

Externships are one-day visits to local companies designed for first-year students. These visits provide an opportunity to:

  • Learn about the company’s operations and culture.
  • Tour the facilities.
  • Network with employees and NC State alumni.

Interested in hosting an externship? Contact Erin O’Neill, Employer Relations Coordinator, at emoneill@ncsu.edu for more information.
