The College of Sciences (COS) Career Fair is your opportunity to connect with top talent from NC State, including students and alumni eager to explore internships, co-ops, and full-time career opportunities. We welcome a diverse range of employers from across industries to join us in fostering valuable connections.
Employer Registration Options
- Premium Employer ($1,250):
- Includes 12-foot booth in a premium location, lunch for 4 representatives, 4 parking passes, 2 priority interview spaces, exclusive advertising on digital billboards, social media, and ePACK, and access to a resume book featuring all attendees.
- For-Profit Employer Registration ($550):
- Includes 6-foot table, lunch for 2 representatives, 2 parking passes, and access to a resume book of all attendees.
- Government/Non-Profit Employer Registration ($250):
- Includes 6-foot table, lunch for 2 representatives, 2 parking passes, and access to a resume book of all attendees.

Information for Students
Students can view the list of attending employers and fair details on Career Fair Plus. The platform also allows students to upload their resumes and explore employer profiles before the event.

Check-In Process
- Bring your student ID to the State Ballroom in Talley Student Union for check-in.
- Swipe your ID at the check-in table to receive your nametag.
- Before the event, ensure your major is updated in ePACK to display correctly on your nametag.
- A coat and bag check area will be available for personal items.

- Practice your elevator pitch.
- Check your outfit in a full-length mirror.

After the Fair: Thank-You Note Guide
- Collect employer information to follow up after the event.
- Send a thank-you note to express appreciation, stay on their radar, and follow up on action items discussed.

- Bring Multiple Copies of Your Resume: Ensure you have plenty of printed resumes to share with employers.
