Thank you for visiting the Virtual CPT Application Submission Center in the NC State Career Development Center. We are looking forward to receiving your application materials and processing your CPT application.

Before submitting any materials, make sure you have reviewed all of the CPT information on the Office of International Services website at https://internationalservices.ncsu.edu/curricular-practical-training/.

You will be submitting your CPT paperwork on the Google Form below. To complete the submission you will need your completed CPT application, your offer letter, your online quiz results, and a copy of your fall course schedule.

You will also need to review, complete, and submit the Co-op Application.
