2017 NC Recruiting Trends Seminar

The NC State University Career Development Center and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Career Center invites you to join your career services and employer colleagues for the 2017 NC Recruiting Trends Seminar on November 16, 2017 from 9am-2pm at The State View Hotel on NC State’s Centennial Campus.  

Program Overview 

During the seminar, participants will get a first-hand look at the most recent recruiting trends influencing the college labor market as reported by the data collected from North Carolina and national employers. Participants will then discuss the research findings and explore the topic by questioning the keynote presenter and a variety of industry recruiting professionals. The seminar will conclude with panel discussion of best practices in recruiting and retaining college graduates. Seminar participants can expect to:

  • Identify recruiting trends impacting the nation, South and North Carolina.
  • Discuss recruiting trends with active regional employers.
  • Network with active regional recruiting professionals and career services colleagues.
  • Benchmark best practices and explore emerging trends in employment recruiting and retention.
