Career Development Pathways
Pathways is a tool designed to streamline various career development tasks for students such as creating resumes, cover letters, and preparing for the job and internship search.
Pathways break down the steps of these tasks making them more approachable.

- Maximize Career Counseling Sessions: Helps make the most of your time with your Career Counselor by arriving prepared and focused.
- Structured Guidance: Provides clear tasks to complete before your counseling sessions.
How to Access Pathways
- Login to your ePACK account at: go.ncsu.edu/epack
- Go to the Resources tab at the top of the page.
- Click on Pathways
- Select which Pathway you would like to explore
- Select “Start” to begin the Pathway
