You may know Waffle House for its “All-Star Special” – but did you know this restaurant chain is also known as “America’s Place to Work”?

Benjamin Pratt, Area People Director for Waffle House, says the designation refers to the restaurant’s diverse workforce and opportunities for growth and development. Management Associates have a clear career path with outstanding pay and benefits such as stock options, insurance and paid vacation.

At a recent career fair on campus, Pratt was asked what makes NC State students stand out as potential employees. “NC State students seem to be very driven,” he said, “and focused on what they want to accomplish post-graduation.”
