Join us for the 2026 College of Humanities & Social Sciences Career Fair, where students and employers connect for exciting opportunities, including internships, part-time roles, and full-time employment.

We are excited to partner with the Cooperating Raleigh Colleges for this year’s event! Students and career professionals from our partner institutions—Meredith College, Saint Augustine’s University, Shaw University, Wake Tech, and William Peace University—will join us, offering employers an expanded opportunity to connect with talented candidates.

Employer Registration

  • Fee: $75
  • Non-profit agencies or Centennial Partners requiring a fee waiver must notify us to receive a voucher.
  • Registration Includes: One 6ft table, Two chairs, Lunch for 2 representatives, and One pre-paid parking permit

Information for Students

Students can view the list of attending employers and fair details on Career Fair Plus. The platform also allows students to explore employer profiles before the event.

Tips for a Successful Career Fair

  • Bring Multiple Copies of Your Resume: Ensure you have plenty of printed resumes to share with employers.
  • Dress in Business Professional Attire: Make a polished first impression with professional clothing.
  • Prepare Your Elevator Pitch: Practice a concise and confident introduction to engage employers effectively.

The College of Humanities & Social Sciences at NC State offers a broad range of majors, providing employers access to a pool of candidates equipped with critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Students attending the fair may be pursuing degrees in fields such as Communication, English, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Social Work, Criminology, Foreign Languages, Philosophy, and Religious Studies.
